Durin is operated by Marathon Digital Pte Ltd., a Singapore company (UEN 202023814G). John Rocela, Founder, runs the business and is accountable for security, privacy, and supplier decisions.

Terms for your account and access.
Reviewed September 19, 2026. These terms describe the public website and application. A signed order, customer agreement, data-processing addendum, or security addendum would control where it expressly supersedes these public terms.
Using the public site
You may use the public site, documentation, simulator, downloadable review brief, and reference materials to evaluate Durin. You may not interfere with the site, bypass access controls, misuse public routes, or treat illustrative examples as live provider activity.
Accounts
Use your account to manage governed AI access for systems you are authorized to connect. Durin can suspend or limit access that threatens the service, violates these terms, attempts unauthorized access, or creates operational risk for other users.
Connections and providers
Governance applies to requests routed through Durin. Upstream providers, model providers, networks, customer systems, and clients can impose their own permissions, scopes, terms, limits, and failures. Durin policy does not expand an upstream credential or guarantee provider availability.
Customer data and processing terms
Our privacy notice describes website, application, support, and gateway processing. Production onboarding requires agreement on processing roles, customer instructions, supplier terms, transfers, retention, and deletion in the applicable customer agreement and data-processing addendum. These public terms do not replace that agreement or limit our applicable legal obligations.
Compliance commitments
We are committed to meeting applicable GDPR and Singapore PDPA obligations and aligning our security programme with ISO/IEC 27001 principles. These are management commitments, not certification or independent assurance that every obligation has been fulfilled.
Commercial terms
Public pricing includes First connection free per organization. Your first four paid connections are $399 each per month. Each additional paid connection is $199 per month. Each connection contributes 10 GB of monthly transfer. Payment details are required before your first production connection. Transfer overage is measured but not charged. Taxes, provider charges, procurement terms, discounts, payment method setup, and production activation are separate confirmation steps.
Acceptable use
Do not use Durin to access systems without authority, test live third-party services without permission, submit unlawful content, attempt to extract secrets, overwhelm the service, reverse engineer private systems, or create misleading audit records.
Intellectual property and feedback
Durin owns its product materials, design, documentation, software, marks, and generated website assets except where third-party materials are identified. Feedback may be used to improve the product without creating an obligation to ship a requested change.
Disclosures and boundaries
The public site describes product behavior, implementation evidence, and operating boundaries. Certifications, customer adoption, uninterrupted availability, complete prompt-injection prevention, universal MCP compatibility, contractual residency, and production SLAs require written customer commitments.
Changes
Durin may update these terms as the product, providers, pricing, and hosted readiness change. Material customer commitments should be captured in a signed agreement rather than inferred from a marketing page or public example.
